Your custom-made FlossQuick devices can be returned within the first 30 days of purchase if you’re not happy for any reason. It’s that simple. The 30-day time period begins the day your FlossQuick shipment is delivered.
We guarantee a perfect fit for both the upper and lower FlossQuick devices. If, for any reason you do not feel that the devices fit your dental anatomy, we will refund your money no questions asked. We are also happy to re-design and re-manufacture your devices upon request, to work to get a great fit for your flossing devices.
Using FlossQuick is easy. Simply place the upper or lower device in your mouth and gently push the floss into the spaces between your teeth (If extra pressure is needed, gently bite down on the device) and the floss will be applied uniformly to each space. Move the device up and down and back and forth slowly to complete flossing. Once flossing is completed, remove and rinse the device with warm water or mouthwash and let dry (similar to the care of your toothbrush) and it is ready to be used again!
Please follow these steps when returning your purchase: Pack your FlossQuick items in the original packaging and let us know you’re planning to return your devices by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Send to: Attn: Dentera LLC., PO Box 712270, Salt Lake City, UT 84171. For proof of delivery, please use a trackable carrier like FedEx or UPS.
Once we receive and process your return, we’ll email you to let you know your refund has been issued. You’ll typically see your refund on your credit card statement within 3 to 7 days of processing depending on your financial institution.
If you received a faulty product and need to return it for the same item, please call our Customer Care team at 877-755-4552 to request a replacement.
